Your relationship is personal. Your data should be too.

The short version

EverUsTogether is built with privacy as a core product value, not an afterthought:

• There is no account and no login — you never create credentials or sign in to anything.
• There is no server. EverUsTogether does not talk to any EverUsTogether-operated backend, because none exists.
• Everything you record — moments, notes, dates, your and your partner's first names, your check-ins — is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage.
• There is no partner sync or pairing. Your partner never installs anything, sees anything, or is contacted by the app in any way.
• There is no analytics that transmits relationship events, no advertising SDK, no data sale, and no location or contacts access.
• The app works fully offline. It does not require, and does not benefit from, an internet connection.

What EverUsTogether stores, and where

When you use the app, it stores the following directly on your Android device, using standard secure app storage:

• Your first name and your partner's first name, and an optional relationship or wedding date, entered during setup.
• The moments you record — the type of moment, the date and time, an optional short note, and whether you marked it especially meaningful.
• Your "Us" check-ins — the positive feelings you select and an optional note.
• Your preferences — which categories of moments matter to you, your custom moment types, and your reminder settings, if you turn reminders on.

None of this data is transmitted anywhere by the app. It is not uploaded to EverUsTogether, not sent to rafaelrglima.com, and not shared with any third party, because the app has no mechanism to send it anywhere.

Android backup — an honest nuance

Android offers a system-level feature called auto-backup, which some users have enabled on their phone to protect app data generally (it is an Android setting, not something EverUsTogether controls). If you have Android's backup turned on, the operating system may copy EverUsTogether's app data — the same on-device data described above — to your own personal Google account's backup storage, the same way it would for many other apps on your phone.

This means: that backup copy lives under your Google account, governed by Google's own backup and encryption practices — it is not sent to EverUsTogether or to rafaelrglima.com, and we have no access to it. We want to be precise here rather than making a blanket claim: we will never say your data "never leaves your device" without this caveat, because for users with Android backup enabled, a copy may leave the device to reach a place only you control.

You can review or turn off this behavior at any time in your Android system settings under Backup.

What EverUsTogether does not do

• No account creation, no login, no password, no email or phone number collection inside the app.
• No server operated by us — there is nothing to breach, sell to, or subpoena, because your relationship data is never in our possession.
• No analytics SDK that transmits relationship events (what you recorded, when, or how often) off your device.
• No advertising SDK, no ad personalization, no ad network of any kind.
• No sale or sharing of personal data — we have none to sell.
• No access to your location or your contacts.
• No online AI service. Suggestions in the app come from curated content bundled with the app itself, not a remote model that would need to see your data.
• No partner monitoring. EverUsTogether cannot and does not report anything about you to anyone else, partner included.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device by Android. Reminder text is written to stay general (for example, "A small moment of care can change someone's day") and never reveals specific relationship details on your lock screen.

Children's privacy

EverUsTogether is intended for adults in an established relationship and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and since the app collects no information from anyone in the first place, there is no data of this kind to worry about.

Future changes: export and backup

We may later add optional, user-initiated features such as encrypted export/import or backup to a cloud service you choose (like Google Drive). Any such feature will be strictly opt-in, clearly explained at the time, and will not change the fact that EverUsTogether itself has no server of its own.

This website (everustogether.com)

This marketing website is a separate, ordinary static website — it is not the app, and visiting it does not give it access to any data you've recorded in EverUsTogether. Today, this site does not run any analytics or tracking script. If that ever changes, we will only use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels, no sale of visitor data) and we will update this page to say so plainly before it happens.

If you use the "Join the launch list" link on the home page, it opens your own email app addressed to us — we do not operate a mailing-list server, and your email lives in whatever inbox you send it to and in ours, used only to notify you about the app's launch.

Your control over your data

Because everything lives in the app's storage on your device, you are always in control:

• You can edit or delete any moment, check-in, or note at any time from within the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes its on-device data (subject to any Android backup copy you've separately enabled, as explained above).
• There is no account to delete, because none was ever created.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and, for any meaningful change, note it clearly on this page. We will never loosen these commitments retroactively without telling you.
